Warranty/Guarantee Policies

To provide maximum customer satisfaction and an exceptional experience, every G.F.C. Fan undergoes a complete quality inspection before being dispatched from the factory. However, if the product develops any manufacturing defect, we undertake to repair it at our cost for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been tampered with. The following terms and conditions apply only to customers who purchased products directly from Shuvo Enterprise. Customers who purchased from other authorized sellers are requested to contact their respective place of purchase for service assistance.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Fan Company (BD) Ltd. or Shuvo Enterprise will provide service and repair of the product at their own service centers. Customers shall bear the cost of required parts if the problem originates from misuse or customer-related causes. In such cases, the service charge may be waived at the company’s discretion.
2. The guarantee is not valid if the motor or internal parts are damaged due to voltage fluctuation or water seepage.
3. ⁠Breakage of any part is not covered under the warranty.
4. The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from accidents, attempted repair by unauthorized persons, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.
5. The guarantee is not valid if the fan is damaged due to incorrect wiring, improper connection, or wrong installation process.
6. Plastic body parts and external components are not covered under warranty.
7. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or cash memo.
8. This warranty does not include product replacement.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
